Exactly a year ago today, ‘Bad Romance’ was released as a single on iTunes. Since then its music video has become the most watched video, with over 297,650,268 views. It had just over 142,000 paid digital downloads within its first week of being released alone, aswell as the hit single setting the record for most weekly plays in the seventeen year history of the Pop Songs chart, registering 10,859 plays from 130 radio stations monitored for the chart.

I need to stop subconsciously comparing every artist to Lady Gaga. I don’t mean to, I just do because she’s my favorite. Of course Katy, Ke$ha, Taylor, etc. aren’t going to be good if you’re comparing them to Gaga. No one does it better than her.
Bias me is bias.
Concerts struggle for me because of The Monster Ball. Most other shows are honestly boring in comparison, even though Gaga isn’t anywhere near comparable to other artists I see perform at sketch little places hahaha. Sometimes it’s all about the music, which is fine, but Gaga gives you so much more of a fucking show
